Gene Sullivan does a fascinating weekly radio show and podcast on The Patriot, AM 1280 in the Twin Cities. “Where You LIve” is a talk show dealing with the news and events that affect you whether you rent or own, live in an HOA, single family home or apartment building. In his December 13, 2014 episode,  Gene interviews BKSN attorney Alex Nelson about numerous construction defect litigation issues impacting HOAs, including statutes of limitation and repose.
